Beutiful! :ber: Just out of interest, how much texture space are you spending on the cab?

newS 2011-08-22 00:49

- 1x 1024x1024 texture
- 1x 1024x1024 texture and 1x 1024x1024 night-texture
- 1x 1024x1024 rendered lightmap-texture

I need more good photos from the Da-cab

Very cool, the cab is taking shape :)

Here is a picture of the El.12 cab. Yes, I know it's not a Da cab, but it's pretty much the same :)

That looks amazing!

One question: For the signal ID signs, what font/size are you using? I hope to make some for my own route if I get the time.

Impressing :tumme_upp:

Looks superb!
Noticed in the other video that you have put automatic couplers between the Dm sections.
That should be a rigid bar as the sections were permanently coupled.

ps a question about the windows, how do you get that nice reflecting effect?
I've tried using TrainGlass.fx but it's not to my liking.

Very cool, is that driver switching side with headlights a scripted solution or how did you manage that magic? :) :tumme_upp:

Yes, I had tried using the same directions but now I noticed I had forgotten about the second texture slot and that was why it did not work.
Though the texture still showed but without the reflection.
Now it works but I need to tweak my texture somewhat cause I get some odd looking patterns in my windows.
Thanks for the help!
