Adam’s new team will develop and work on new technical features (for example, improved realism in the acceleration and braking performance of trains, weather and other scripted effects and events on routes) for add-ons while they are still in the very early stages of production, or even before.
‘We are not just looking forward and working on new products. A key part of my role is investigating bugs and glitches which are reported in existing products, and this is something we have already started to focus on in earnest’.
